For many high school and college graduates, commencement day is practically right around the corner. The long-awaited graduation day is filled with serious and poignant moments, tears, and a sense of accomplishment for family members and the graduates themselves.
The day should also be a joyous celebration marking the end of one journey and the start of yet another. That’s where Seacoast Events services, games, and entertainment comes in! From giant games to live entertainment and from Monte Carlo parties to photo booths, we have it all to make your last night as a class an enjoyable and memorable one.
Here are just a few ideas to plan your once-in-a-lifetime graduation event this year.
Archery Tag
One last night together as a graduating class calls for letting off steam and having fun with Archery Tag. Our Seacoast version of this active and exciting game involves a unique blend of archery, dodgeball, and paintball. It is sure to have your guests active and talking about your event for weeks to come.
Two teams of five can compete for bragging rights! Or you could create brackets and make a tournament out of your evening!
To play, each player on the two teams is equipped with a facemask, a bow, two foam-tipped arrows, and arm guards. They must set out to shoot their opponent with the arrows as they hide behind one of six bunkers that will be set up on the playing field. This is a fast-paced game that ends in 7 minutes or when the last person standing declares victory!
Giant Games
There is nothing quite like playing giant game versions of your favorite childhood games whether it is cornhole, human foosball, field goal challenge, axe throwing, curling, or pop-a-shot basketball challenge.
Each of these games takes place inside a supersized inflated version of the traditional game… except practically life-size! Imagine being the soccer player in the larger-than-life-sized version of foosball or throwing an inflatable axe the size of your head! The fun is contagious and the memories will be long-lasting.
Not only are there giant games where you become the first-person player, but some that model themselves after your favorite board games such as Jenga, Lite Brite, Chess, Checkers, Connect Four, and Malpractice (think Operation).
Monte Carlo Nights
For grads that love the excitement of gambling and playing the odds, a Monte Carlo Night might be a perfect choice for your graduation celebration. Our experienced dealers can help your guests learn how to play games such as Texas Hold ‘em, or Blackjack.
